Get stuck into perfecting technique with our casual tumbling levels program. Whether a cheerleader, dancer, gymnast or recreational tumbler these classes are ideal for building strength, confidence and well executed skills. Everyone is welcome.
Classes are divided into levels (minimum skill levels apply) and focus on correct skill progression. All levels encompass warm-up, conditioning and basics training followed by level specific drills and skills. Class sizes are small so each athlete will receive quality correction and feedback.
Wednesdays: 4.30-6pm Levels 3/4 (requires min. round-off, front & back handspring unspotted) Thursdays: 4.30-6pm Levels 1/2 (requires min. solid handstand, cartwheel, bridge/backbend) Saturdays: 12.30-2pm Open Tumble Levels 1-6
Pre-Tumble Ages 7+
Pre-Tumble is ideal for those who have little to no tumbling experience and are keen to work towards entering our tumbling levels program. Pre-Tumble focuses on developing upper body, core and leg strength, flexibility, aerial awareness and a tumblers mindset.
Mini Tumble Ages 5/6
Mini Tumble class for 5-6 year olds is returning for Term 4. Correct technique from a young age is essential. Whether a beginner or already have some tumbling experience we will ensure a fun and effective tumbling experience.
ADULT Tumble Ages 16+
Looking for a more mature tumbling environment? This class is great for all levels which we can cater to your tumbling needs.
